As you know, motors design stage has been successfully finished, so now it’s time to bring all these novel concepts into reality. Therefore, these last months are being quite hectic for us all, and it’s only the beginning! While significant progresses on motors manufacturing have already been achieved, there is still a lot of work to do in terms of manufacturing of specific parts, assembly and prototypes testing. Below you can find some pictures showing the status of the different motors manufacturing activities. We’ll keep you updated!

Pure Synchronous Reluctance Motor: stator and rotor cores ready for final assembly.

Ferrite Permanent Magnets Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor: stator and rotor cores ready for final assembly.

Copper Rotor – Induction Motor: hairpin winding installation in the stator core.
